My first criticism is that for being a real time collaboration tool, it doesn't seem to notify me very well when there is something new. Also, I can't seem to find any way to find out if someone that I want to collaborate with is online. I'm not sure maybe I'm just not quite understanding how it is supposed to function yet. My initial impression's of google wave is I have been underwhelmed. They have a lot of work to do on it and I think they released it way to early.
