I am an educator who loves Second Life for my professional development. Students can't get onto the Adult grid but have their own grid where it is more stringent. It is a fantastic tool for PD and it is a shame that it is not used more. They are also working on making it harder for adult content to make it on every sim. I am not a gamer and definitely recommend it. It has increased my knowledge and helped my teaching.
